Otto Kelly passed away peacefully on April 3, 2018 at Sentara Leigh Memorial Hospital. Born on June 29, 1942 to the late Montez Haley and Lavarne Kelly, he was one of six siblings. Lucille was the loving wife of the late Clarence Walton.  Lucille was born in 1915 in Knightdale, North Carolina to a hardworking, farming family.
