Norfolk – Chester Arthur Twine, 71 of Norfolk went home to be with the Lord on April 3, 2017 at his residence. He was born June 19, 1945 to the late Elton and Sarah Twine in Harrellsville, NC.

He was a retired Driver’s Trainer for Wilson Trucking for 30 years, and was also employed at the Broadway Night Club for 35 years.

Predeceased by a daughter Andrea Twine and a son Warren Twine.

He is survived by his fiancee Shirley Revere of Norfolk, 1 brother Joseph Twine (Lillie) of Murfreesboro, NC and 1 sister Frances Thompson (Robert) of Winton NC, 2 daughters Deborah Twine of Seattle, WA and Brosha Conaway of Maryland and 1 son Blair Twine (Denise)

Homegoing Services will be Monday, April 10, 2017 at 11am at Keith  Matthews Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Lewis, officiating .Viewing will be Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 1pm – 6pm at Keith Matthews Funeral Home and the interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in Norfolk
