Elsie R. Skinner departed this  life Sunday January 7th 2018 at her residence.  Elsie R. Skinner the daughter of  the  late Johnnie and  Novella  Hun was born on June 18, 1932 in Norfolk, VA she was a Homemaker.

She is survived by four daughters, Margaret Sexton of Philadelphia PA, Sylvia Britton of Norfolk, VA and her husband (Merlyn), Barbara Hunter of Philadelphia PA, her husband (Victor), and Venita Ricks of Chesapeake VA  and her husband (Aubrey L Ricks Sr.) two sons Johnnie Skinner of  Hollister, CA; wife (Eileen), Larry Skinner of Houston, TX; wife (Roslyn), one sister Elizabeth Stith of New Jersey and two brothers Robert Hunt and Willie Hunt both of Philadelphia, PA and a host of  grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, she was also predeceased by seven sisters and three brothers.
