Etter M. Bowers, 64, passed away on June 11, 2017 in Chesapeake, Virginia. 
She is survived by her companion Rick Brown and a host of family and friends. 
A Funeral Services will be at Macedonia Baptist Church, 1705 Shipyard Rd., Chesapeake, Va. on June 17, at 11:00 am. Condolences can be sent to Keith Matthews Funeral Home.
