Inez Hunter Wiggins was born on January 24, 1938 to Floyd Hunter and Irma Ellison in Virginia Beach, VA.  She transitioned quietly from Earth to Glory on Sunday, October 29, 2017. 
She attended Norfolk County High School where she was a Basketball Player and a Majorette.  She earned her Diploma from Booker T. Washington High School in Norfolk, VA.  Inez was a retired employee of the City of Norfolk.  She was a member of Union Baptist Missionary Church and also very active with AARP.

Inez was preceded in death by her Mother Irma Ellison (James) and her Brother William Ellison (Kitty). 

Inez leaves to cherish her memory, her devoted daughter, Valeria James of Maryland; her sons, Norman Wiggins of New York, Terry Wiggins and Clifford Wiggins (Jillian) of Maryland, and Reginald Wiggins (Renee) of Maryland; her brother Oliver Hunter (Evelyn) of Chesapeake, VA; her Grandchildren: Desaria, Manny, Bernice, Marlina, Adrienne, Jason, and Clifford; Great Grandchildren: Dasani, Cheyenne, Dakota, J’Liyah, Naeem, and Brian; her daughter-in-law Christine Bell of Norfolk, VA; her Nieces and Nephews, Oliver Hunter, Jr. (Angela), Monica Barnes (Samuel) of Suffolk, VA, Kemba Ellison of Hampton, VA, and Valerie Hunter of Chesapeake VA; her Aunt Beatrice Freeman of Texas, a special cousin Theala Mack of Virginia Beach, VA, and a host of cousins and other relatives and special friends who will truly miss her.
