Otto Kelly

Otto Kelly passed away peacefully on April 3, 2018 at Sentara Leigh Memorial Hospital.

Born on June 29, 1942 to the late Montez Haley and Lavarne Kelly, he was one of six siblings. He was raised in a very small town in North Carolina known as Shady Grove.  He would later work as a general contractor and become father to one son, .Vincent "Jack" Goodson.

Otto was preceded in death by his brother, Earnest ‘Brad’ Haley.  He is survived by sister, Maryann Pope, as well as Tyrone Haley, Ogress ‘Hop’ Haley, and Penny Haley, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
