Ulysses Mattox began his journey from this life to eternity on March 9, 2018 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Ulysses Mattox was born on May 18, 1984 in Philadelphia, PA to Karen Lopez and Ulysses A. Mattox. In 1990, Ulysses A. Mattox relocated with his family to Virginia Beach, Virginia.
In 2002 Ulysses graduated from Green Run High School. He met and married Siobahn Bidot in 2003, and out of this union they had two beautiful daughters, Tiyana (Ana Mama) and Gabrielle Mattox.
He began his career path early and joined the United States Army. He served ten years accumulating fast rank before separating SSG retiring with an honorable discharge. Ulysses was a loving father and had a kind soul. He will be remembered for his great- spirit and entertaining personality. His dedication and encouragement to others will never be forgotten. Also to cherish his memories a sister, Kareemah Britt ( Anthony); two brothers, Christopher Mattox and Matthew Vincent. One nephew Quincey Mattox; in-laws Edwin and Robin Bidot, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, friends and loved ones.
