Randolph was born on February 2, 1948. He departed this life on April 21, 2024.
He received his education in the Accomack County School System. He had a strong belief in God and joined Shiloh Baptist Church early in life.
Randolph was severely injured as a young man, but God kept him for us over the past 59 years. Even through his disability, he still managed to provide lawn care to many in the community.
He was our crafty Randy, funny and witty. His nephew, Earl, would call him “Honey Bun” because of his love of “a honey bun and a cold Pepsi”. He was always sure to bring us all laughter.
Randolph was preceded in death by his parents, Rose Elizabeth Giddens and Clarence G. Harmon; his wife Joyce Harmon; and sisters, Pauline Harmon and Mary Ann Harmon.
Randolph is survived by his three sisters; Nellie Sample, Sandra Kellam, and Michelle Hawkins; one brother, Jerry Harmon; four stepchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
