On Wednesday morning, October 10th, 2018, our daughter, niece, cousin, and friend slept quietly away in her sleep. Arlene was born November 16, 1963 in Norfolk to Sarah Wiggins. She graduated from Norview High School. She was dedicated and attentive to her mother. Whenever you saw her, her mother was with her.
At an early age she joined St. Mark Community Church and would attend with her mother until they moved from Norfolk.
Among survivors are her mother, Sarah Wiggins, two aunts; Mary Whitley of Norfolk and Loretta Carpenter of Chesapeake, one uncle, Samuel Wiggins of Compton, CA, and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
