Chad Conquest Obituary

Chad Levar Conquest was born in Nassawadox, VA on October 11, 1977 to Debbie Conquest and Wilbert Smith.  Chad attended Accomack County public schools and graduated from Nandua High School in 1995. Chad’s professional career consisted of employment with Kaiser Permanente, Verizon Wireless and lastly   Exelon Corporation in Salisbury, Maryland.

Chad first received Christ at First Baptist Salisbury, Md. under Rev. Lewis Watson. He later became a member of Restoration Outreach   Healing Ministries under Pastor Jo-Ann Cherry where he proudly and sternly served on the kitchen committee. Chad also developed close bonds with the youth of the church and did his best to positively inspire them.

Chad Leaves behind to cherish his memories, his grandmother Hattie Mae Conquest-Walker (Roland Walker).  Mother, Debbie Conquest.   Father Wilbert Smith. Wife, Sjockiea McCrary Conquest. Grandfather Cleophus Chandler (Ruth) Step-mother Vicki Smith. Siblings: Darrell Conquest, Shannon Houston, Leavell Smith, Brittney Smith, Martisha Dennis.  Aunts and Uncles: Mary Harris (Frank Harris), Linda Conquest, Edward Conquest, Perry Smith, Milton Smith, Edward Smith, Brenda (Diane) Smith, Patricia (tweedy) Smith, Renell Bailey Beach (Rufus Beach). Steve Bailey (Casandra Bailey).  Mother in  Law, Jo-Ann McCrary-Cherry. Nieces and Nephews: Xavier Conquest,  Bryannah Wright, Brianna Dennis, Brittany Dennis. Special friends Lula Code and Terrill Grimes, and a host of cousins, other relatives family and friends.

Chad was special to so many people and he will be dearly missed, but we will never forget him or the impression he made in all of our lives.
