Daniel “Danny” Whitmore passed away on Wednesday April 19, 2017 in Virginia Beach, Virginia at the age of 47. Born in NYC, Daniel was raised by his parents in Suffolk, Virginia before moving to Virginia Beach. He spent many years of his adult life in San Diego, California where he began his passion for fine dining while managing the restaurant of the late San Diego Charger, Junior Seau. He returned home to the east coast where he spent the remainder of his life.
Daniel leaves behind 2 daughters of El Cahon, California, his mother Patricia Green of Virginia Beach, VA, his grandmother Fannie Byrd of Virginia Beach, VA, his 3 sisters, DeBorah Green and Denise Sanford of Virginia Beach, VA, Tia Johnson of Suffolk, VA, a brother Dwight Green of Jersey City, NJ, 2 nieces, 3 nephews, 2 great nephews, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is predeceased by his father David Green.
Memorial Services and repass will be held on Friday, April 28th, 2017 from 4:30pm-8:30pm at the Roma Lodge located at 3097 Magic Hollow Blvd., Virginia Beach, Va 23453.
