Funeral Services will be held at Keith Matthews Funeral Home 5665 Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA, 28 Sept 2019 at 11:00 AM. As a Spouse of a Navy Veteran burial will be in the Veteran Cemetery in Suffolk, VA.

Evelyn Wiggins Spruill born in Harlem New York City to Annie Owens on 02 Sept 1930. As a Young  girl she enjoyed the life and times of the Harlem in the 30's. With frequents visits to the birth place of her mother's family and preferred the life and surroundings of Princess Anne County, now Virginia Beach. Through teenage to her young adulthood she enjoyed all the social activities of the area and pursued life with gusto until she met my father Ernest L. Mason, where she started a family and life's next journey began …
