Jennifer Robertson

Jennifer Drucilla Robertson transition life on Wednesday, July 31, 2019.  She softly slipped away into enteral rest into the arms of Jesus.  Jennifer was born on February 25, 1958.  A native of Norfolk Va.  She is predeceased by her Mother, Theotis Burton, her Sister Patricia Burton, her uncle Henry Burton, Aunt Lessie Clanton and her grandparents Thomas and Mercedy Burton.

Jennifer attended Norfolk Public Schools, She attended Making a Difference Believer’s Outreach Ministry.  She accepted Jesus as her personal savior.  She loved attending church and bible study.  She was baptized on Sunday, May 30, 2018.

Jennifer leaves to cherish her memoires her daughter, Chaunte Robertson, her two sons, Joseph Sawyer of Chesapeake, and Lloyd Sawyer of Chesapeake.  She has eight grandchildren, three brothers, Michael Burton of Detroit Michigan, Mark Burton of Ocean City, MD and Joseph Burton of Portsmouth, Three sisters, Gidget Glover of Chesapeake, Kimberly Burton of Norfolk, and Heather Burton of Norfolk.  She has three uncles, Thomas (Bill) Burton (Valerie), Elder David Burton (Mary) and Pastor Leroy Burton (Patricia).  She has three aunts, Naza Coleman of Chesapeake, Rev. Eve Stallings of Virginia Beach, and Elizabeth Lawrence of Chesapeake Va. And Her cousins and best friend Sabrina Burton, Tiana, Tiara, Tamia (baby girl) Jermaine (chase) Jermir, “Sahanni, Amir, and Samiyah and grandson Qualia Rivera and a host of Relatives, Friends cousins, friends and Making A Difference Church Family and a Special friend Ms. Julita.

Jennie, we hated to see you go, but we know that God has a plan for you, and We know to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.  We love you Jennie.  You are forever in our hearts never to be forgotten.  RIP!
