Jill Arrington

Jill Annette Arrington went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at Hospice House in Virginia Beach, Virginia.  Jill was born to Gary and Wanda (Block) Stewart on September 4, 1975 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan.  She was a graduate of Atlantic Shores Christian School.  She went on to graduate from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts.   Recently, she graduated from Liberty University with a Masters degree in Special Education.   

Jill was a creative cook, a passionate teacher, and a vivacious lover of people.  Her love for the Lord led her to complete two mission trips to Fiji.  For the past eight years, she was a dedicated teacher of preschool students.  She was also a member of Freedom Fellowship Church where she served on the From Your Hugs Family Team.

 Her father, grandparents, and the grandmother with whom she had a special relationship, Marion Pennel, preceded her in death. 

She leaves behind her loving husband, Herbert, her daughters, Cecelia and Ciera, her mother, and her sister, Jennifer DeOlden (Martin).  Her precious dog, Coco, will certainly miss her.

Friends and family may attend her funeral at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at Freedom Fellowship Church, 836 Regency Drive, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23454.
