Robert Cobbs

Bro. Robert E. Cobbs Jr. was a Past Master of Oceana Lodge #69, a 32nd Degree Mason of Alpha & Omega Consistory #9, a former Noble of Arabia Temple #12 Princess Hall Shriners.  Robert Cobbs Jr. was called to his heavenly home on October 30, 2018.  He was born in Pitt County, North Carolina, on October 23, 1941.  He was saved as a child and join St. Mark AME Church in Virginia Beach, Virginia.  Robert was a supervisor for the city of Virginia Beach at the Virginia Beach Dome and retired after 41 years of excellent service. 

  He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Cobbs Sr., his mother, Charlie Mae McClary and his brother, Rick McClary (wife, Renee), and sister; Deborah McClary.  Robert leave behind his loving daughter, Robin Duncan (husband, Tony), Mary Ellsworth, Shirley Etheridge and Valerie Jordan.  He also leaves behind, his nieces: Patrice Lunley and Venesha Daniel.  He also, leaves to mourn his passing, his aunts, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, family, and friends.  He will be truly missed by many.
