Andrew Lane

Andrew Lane well known as Peanut was born to Catherine B. Doxie and the late Raleigh Lane Sr. on April 28, 1962 in Virginia Beach, VA. Peanut was preceded in death by three sisters: Brenda Brown Lane, Diane Lane Wilder, and Elizabeth Lane Waller, two brothers: Bob Lane and John (Buck) Lane.  Also his stepfather Thomas Doxie.

Peanut was educated by the Virginia Beach Public School system. He started working at the age of sixteen in construction until he became sick.

Peanut was a father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He leaves his most precious memories with his mother Catherine B. Doxie, one daughter Shanique Uzzle and four grandchildren.

Peanut also leaves his memories to his three sisters Jannie Lane, Terry Ann Lane, and Teresa Brown Lane, Five Brothers: David Lane, Mike Lane (Kee-Kee), James (Peter Boy) Lane, Raleigh Lane Jr. (Patricia) , Colby Lane (Brenda), Randy Riddick and his niece/ sister Ieisha Smallwood (Jeffrey).

 His favorite niece Omica Brown, favorite cousin Tina Lane, three very special friends Wallace Owens, Leonard Brickhouse, and Kenny Reid, and an abundance of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
