Anita L. Duplessis, 63 passed away on April, 17, 2021. She was a member of Shekinah Kingdom Church. She is survived by her mom, Janet Delmar of Virginia Beach, her dad, Louis Ricks of Norfolk, her daughter, Nicole Duplessis, her sisters, Regina Gregory, Sonja Turner, her brother, William Turner and many close cousins and family members.
