Our Beloved Barbara Yvonne Patterson, 62, went to be with the lord on June 27, 2020 in Virginia Beach, VA. She was born on November 2nd, 1957. She is predeceased by her father James Patterson and her mother Anna Rose Freeman along with her brother James Patterson Jr.

Barbara’s legacy will live on by her three children, her only daughter Lakeisha, her sons Andre and James and his wife Ashley as well as her life partner Andrew Delk. She was loved by her grandchildren, Andrew Patterson Anthony, Santana Matos, and Selena Rose Patterson.

Barbara’s memory will continue through her sister and best friend Deborah Davis and her nephew Anthony Jones along with a host of Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Barbara’s energy was unmatched, she had a smile that would light up a room and a laugh that could warm even the coldest of days. She was loving, compassionate and strong. She was a dedicated mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She touched a lot of lives and her memory will not be forgotten.
