In Loving Memory of Bryce Ellis Tooker

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Bryce Ellis Tooker, who passed away on Monday, July 6, 2026, at the age of 30.

Bryce was a proud American who honorably served his country in the United States Navy. His military service reflected the deep love and respect he had for his country, a source of pride that remained with him throughout his life.

Bryce was known for his incredible work ethic and unwavering determination. He never shied away from hard work and approached every challenge with resilience, grit, and a willingness to help wherever he was needed. More than anything, Bryce was fiercely loyal to the people he loved. If you were fortunate enough to be part of his circle, you knew you could count on him. He was the kind of friend who would drop everything to lend a hand, offer support, or simply show up when it mattered most. His generosity, dependability, and quiet strength earned him the respect and friendship of so many.

Bryce embraced life with a spirit of adventure. He loved traveling, spending time outdoors, and riding motorcycles. A devoted Harley-Davidson enthusiast, he owned and worked on many motorcycles over the years and found peace and freedom on the open road. Whether sharing stories with friends, taking a ride, or enjoying time on the water, Bryce appreciated life’s simple moments and the people who shared them with him.

Bryce is survived by his beloved son, Daniel Tooker; his father, Ray Tooker; his siblings Trevor Tooker(Lori), Traci Costen(Rick), Jason Tooker(Bethany), Alicia Tooker Roeske(Brandon) and Joshua Tooker(Katelyn); along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends who will forever cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Christine Lundholm Tooker.

Bryce’s life was far too short, but the impact he made on those who knew and loved him will never be forgotten. He will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, his patriotism, his loyal heart, and the unwavering friendship he gave so freely to others. Though he is gone from our sight, his love, laughter, and memory will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.

If you are local in Norfolk, Virginia a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Maker's Craft Brewery, 735 E 23rd St, Norfolk, VA 23504. Friends and family are invited to gather to honor and celebrate Bryce's life. 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 19, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Life from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at Klaassen Family Funeral Home, 1500 Robbins Rd, Grand Haven, MI 49417. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor and celebrate Bryce’s life.
