Obituary

 

Calvin Rudolph Grace was born May 23, 1968 to the late Bertha Lee and Calvin Grace Sr. He was born in Norfolk, VA and graduated from Booker T. Washington High School. He worked for many years in the field of home improvement. He was very compassionate and loveable. He was affectionately call “Pop” or “Pop Charlie” by family and friends. His favorite football team was the Las Vegas Raiders and his favorite basketball team was the Los Angeles Lakers. He enjoyed going out to the football field to help coach little league football games.

Leaving behind to cherish his memories are two sons Bashawn Thatch (Jolene) of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Demareo Smith (Alyssa) of Washington State; Father, Calvin Grace, Sr.; sister Crystal Watson (Troy) of Virginia Beach, Va; two aunts, Barbara Munigin of Chesapeake, Va, and Laura Richardson of Virginia Beach, VA; 6 grandchildren; the love of his life Darlene Wiggins of Norfolk, VA, and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
