Earline Boone

Earline B. Boone was called home to be with the Lord on August 23rd 2021. She was born in Norfolk, VA, the daughter of Earl B.T. Lee Sr. and Julia Morgan.

She was a member of St. Thomas AME Zion in Campostella. Growing up in Campostella, she attended Booker T. Washington High School and Norfolk State University. Later she ended up working for the Ford Plant, where everyone enjoyed the person I loved known to them as (MAMA DUCK). After retiring, she was able to enjoy her grandkids. Before leaving the land of the living, she left behind two beautiful children; daughter Bobbette Boddie and son Jarrell Boone; three grandsons; Travis D. Riggins Jr., Quinton A. Smith, and Bobby L. Boddie; surviving brother Rudolph Lee (Janice) and Chatay Lee/Epps (Darryl) and preceded by a brother Earl B.T. Lee Jr. (Delois), Leverne Lee (Genera), Clarence G. Lee (Dorothy); along with numerous nieces,nephews, and friends.
The service will be held at Keith Matthews Funeral Home on September 1st 2021 at 11am. The viewing of the body will be held on August 31st 2021 between the hours of 3-6pm.
She had a heart of gold and will be truly missed.
