It is with great sadness the family of Edward M. Shaw, Jr. of Virginia Beach announces Edward answered God’s all home on November 21, 2024.

Edward’s love for music and being an anointed and talented musician touched the lives of all who knew him.

 He was predeceased by his parents Edward M. Shaw, Sr., Eloise Rogers Shaw, Son Joseph Mabry, Sisters Marion Hatfields, Shirley Shaw, brother Eugene Gatlin, and granddaughter NyRisa Beale.

Edward is survived by his wife, Constance Shaw,   daughters, Marlene (Samuel) Johnson, Pamela Corprew, Lisa (Steven) Flynn, Deborah Hannon, and Sandra Beale. Brothers James Shaw, Cylester Shaw, Larry Shaw, Donnell Shaw, and Rory Shaw. Sisters  Linda Robbins, Daisy Shaw, Anzella Jackson, Evelyn Barnes, and Cynthia Jones.

Grandchildren Taylor Jefferson, Elaina Johnson, Ashley Shilo, Alexis Van Hook, Brittany Moore, Morgan Flynn, Keosha Hannon, Mario Rodriguez, Anthony Rodriguez, Joshua Rodriguez, Caleb Rodriguez, Victoria Grajirenesortiz, and Malaquias Grajirenesortiz. As well a a host of other relatives family and friends.
