Emma Stephenson

Emma Lou Stephenson of Norfolk, VA gained her wings on February 10, 2024 at 2:25 a.m. She was born June 13, 1945 to the late Herbert and Emma Lee Long in Pendleton, NC.
Emma was educated in the Northampton County Public Schools system. Early in life she met and was united in matrimony to the late Jerry Stephenson. Emma held a special place in her heart for the late Reginald Sparrow, her beloved boyfriend. Emma worked all her life in environmental services. She loved being private and kept to herself and will always lover her family and friends.

Emma was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Stephenson; special beloved boyfriend, Reginald Sparrow; brothers, Glen Long, Earl Long, and Columbus Long; and sister, Geraldine Pittman. She leaves to cherish her memory Henry and Kitty of Killeen, TX, Arthur and Helen of Norfolk, Herbert and Lena of Chesapeake, and sister-in-law, Paula Long of South Carolina.
