Erma Lambert

Mrs. Erma Lambert was born on September 3, 1945 in Princess Anne, Virginia.  She was loved by many but God loved her best and called her home on Thursday, June 23, 2022.

She was the daughter of the late Rosina Robinson and Raleigh Robinson, Sr. and widow of John Lambert.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Latosha Billups (Arnold), Shera Lassiter, Gail Billups, and Tommy Billups, Jr.

She will also be sorely missed by her sisters and brothers, Carolyn Jones (Wayne), Goldwood Robinson (Jacqueline), Raleigh Robinson, Jr. (Tanya), Betty Petty, Mary Reed (Elwood); Edward Baker and Dorothy Tillett; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a devoted aunt (Minnie Morris) and numerous family members and dear friends.

She was a faithful member of Morning Star Baptist Church serving as a Deaconess, singing in the choir, President of the Transportation Ministry, and an usher.

Erma enjoyed working puzzles as well as hours of conversations with others.  She had a special fondness for word-search books.  She would sit for hours watching old black and white TV shows.
