Frederick A. Bellamy Jr. was born on Oct. 13, 2010 to Frederick A. Bellamy Sr. and Kimberly A. Bellamy. Frederick Jr. was educated in Northampton County, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach Public School Systems. He enjoyed learning, was a talented artist, and video gamer. He always lit up a room and was known for his natural charisma and charms. He was a protector, natural leader, and always saw tasks to completion.
Being the youngest of 5 children, he held his family and friends very close and dear. A beautiful impact was given to him and felt by him. He looked to his mother, Kimberly, for protection, his father, Frederick, for advice, his brothers as mentors, his older sister, Jordan, as his safe space and unofficial twin, and his oldest sister, I’sanah, for her knowledge. Through him they learned so many lessons but a few being that it’s never too late to get right with GOD and to live, love, and forgive in its purest form.
While attending schools, he would meet teachers who touched his heart and him theirs. One of the teachers that he spoke highly of was his math teacher, Mrs. M. Blakely. He was going through a tough time when their paths crossed; but her patience and understanding left a lasting and respected impact on his heart and his life.
Frederick Jr. leaves to cherish his memory his parents Frederick A. Bellamy Sr. and Kimberly A. Summers. His sisters I’sanah R. Bellamy and Jordan D. Bellamy. His brothers Reakwon R. Johnson, Zaekwon J. Bellamy, Demeatrice Jordan Jr., and De’Angelo Jordan. His aunts Michelle Summers and Katina Walston. His uncles Joseph Sommers, Elliot Summers, Zyrik Summers, and Green Bellamy. His godmother, Arnita Abbott. His cousins Tri’Yuhan, Nasir Custis, Kamiyeyeha Custis, Ziediquia Smith, and host of other cousins and relatives. His best friend DaVonte as well.
He passed away on May 18, 2026. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Vivian and Edward Lanes, and Green Brewer (respectively). His paternal uncle Rudolph Seymore. Maternal grandparents Rosie and Freddie Kellam and Harvey Burgess (respectively).
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all. He will be greatly missed and loved by all who knew him.
