George Wilson

George Cornell Wilson, Jr.

October 13, 1951 – November 4, 2025

George C. Wilson, Jr., also known as Bull, was born in Norfolk, VA to George and Gladys Wilson.

He worked many years at Holiday Inn and IHOP in service positions until he retired.

George was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Burnett Wilson and Antony Wilson; and three sisters, Dorothy Stevens, Evelyn Coley-Williams, and Sylvia Wilson.

He is survived by five brothers, Reynolds Wilson, David Wilson (Renee), Gene Wilson, Clinton Wilson, and Vernon Wilson; one sister, Jeanette Wilson-Stallings (Wilbert); as well as a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, family and friends.

George will always be remembered for is laughter and sense of humor. He truly loved is family and spending time with them. He also loved playing chess and cards.

We couldn’t have asked for a better, brother, uncle, or friend, and we will miss him every day.

His memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
