Jesse Credle Obituary

Jesse Louis Credle Jr., a beloved father, brother, and grandfather, passed away on October 1st, 2024 in Norfolk, Virginia. Born on February 12th, 1959 in North Carolina to Ella Deloris Credle and Jesse Louis Credle Sr., Jesse was the embodiment of love and laughter for all who knew him.

Survived by his siblings Phyllis Moore, Sheila Robinson, Hattie Credle Lewis, and James Henry Credle; daughters Charmaine Washington, Jessica Edmond, Shatory Edmond; as well as numerous grandchildren whom he adored beyond measure. Preceding him in death were his mother Ella Deloris Credle; father Jesse Louis Credle Sr.; and siblings Jasper Edward Credle and Warren Lee Credle.

Jesse's life was one filled with simple pleasures that brought immense joy to those around him. He found solace by the water while fishing or spent countless hours engrossed in games of bingo or testing his luck at slot machines. His passion for collecting memorabilia was evident to anyone who entered his home - each item held a story dear to his heart.

His love extended far beyond material possessions though; it radiated through every moment spent with family. Whether it was working on cars together or sharing cherished memories over wrestling matches and western films with his grandchildren - he treasured these moments more than anything else.

Those who knew Jesse understood that beneath his stubborn exterior lay a heart of gold. His kindness knew no bounds as he constantly sought ways to bring joy into the lives of others through humor and generosity. He had an uncanny ability to leave an indelible mark on everyone he encountered - a testament to the impact he made during his time here on earth.

The loss of Jesse has left an irreplaceable void within the hearts of all who loved him dearly. While we mourn this profound loss today, let us also celebrate the beautiful legacy that he leaves behind: one defined by unwavering love and enduring memories that will be cherished forevermore.

May you rest in eternal peace knowing your spirit lives on through those whose lives you touched so deeply.
