Levi Reese, III

Levi R. Reese, III of Norfolk, VA, passed away unexpectedly on Nov. 8, 2023. He was born in Norfolk, VA on May 11, 1986 to Levi R. Reese Jr. and Valerie Reese. He was predeceased by his grandmother, Mrs. Betty M. Smith.

Levi grew up in Norfolk, but attended Churchland and I.C. Norcom High Schools in Portsmouth, VA. He attended Centura College and received an Associates degree in Electrical and Construction. At his time of passing he was an employee at Land and Sea Distribution in Norfolk. He always talked about how he loved his job and that he had met good friends. Levi had a laugh that was contagious and a smile that would light up any room. He was a man of faith and always ready to talk about The Lord, and always made it his right to tell you he was God's Son.

He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Levi and Valerie Reese; two daughters, Taleyah Reese and Zamirah Reese, his daughters were his everything; one brother, Shawnti Holley of Richmond, VA; two sisters, Schwanda Sessoms (Will) and Veronica Lassiter (Kevin) of Norfolk, VA; one niece that he would move the earth for, Desteny Reese; a nephew that he talked to about his teenage years, Devin Butts; an Aunt 'B' that when his mother said no, Aunt B would say yes; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, and girl cousins that he loved so much, and friends old and new. Please let us remember him as he was, funny, kind, and loving The Lord.
