Linda Person

On Tuesday June 1, 2021 our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend peacefully returned to the arms of the Lord.  Linda was born to the late Minnie Green Burnside.

She grew up in Norfolk, VA where she graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in 1962.  She graduated from Norfolk State University in 1997 with a degree in Health Services Management.  Linda was loved by everyone she came in contact with.  She enjoyed attending church services every Sunday, watching Hallmark Channel and spending time with her family and friends.

She leaves to honor her memory, one daughter Shanel Person Jones (Kareem), two sons Mack L Coleman (Angela) Bryan A Coleman (Rolanda); eight grandchildren Bryonna Jones, Raven Coleman, Shanikwa Coleman, Jameer Person , Chantel Marquez, Samantha Ehrlick, Marquise Coleman and Tanji Coleman; a host of great grandchildren and a special sister friend Doris Owes to cherish her memory.
