Louise Frances Coston departed this earthly tabernacle to go be with her Father in Heaven on April 4, 2023 at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital. Louise was the daughter of the late Clyde Davis and Mary Bunting.
She was born March 15, 1948. In her early age she accepted Christ as her personal Savior and joined Holy Trinity Baptist Church. After many years of serving the Lord at Holy Trinity, she moved her membership to Foundation of Faith Worship Center of Belle Haven, Virginia.
Louise was educated in the Accomac County School System. She was a domestic worker and later became a housewife. Her favorite pastimes included crafting, collecting figurines, and doing crossword puzzles. She also had a green thumb and enjoyed growing plants.
Louise was preceded in death by her mother and father; 2 brothers, James Bunting and Ralph Davis; and 1 sister, Maxine Davis.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories: her husband, Booker Coston, Jr. of Belle Haven, VA; daughter, Cynthia Perry of Norfolk, VA; son, Steve Taylor of Belle Haven, VA; step-daughter, Erica Tankard of Hare Valley, VA; 5 brothers, Larry Davis (Linda) of Milsboro, DE, Clyde Davis of Hampton, VA, Henry Davis (Sirthea) of Melfa, VA, Tyrone Davis of Painter, VA, Dean Davis of Nelsonia, VA; 5 sisters Connie Jacob (Michael) of Savageville, VA, Cynthia Purnell of Berlin, MD, Dorothy Dennies of Palm Beach, FL, Dannette Haggins of Fayetteville, NC, and Cindy Byrd (Dennis) of Parksley, VA. She also had 3 grandsons, Tarell Taylor, Brandon Taylor, and Le’Shawn Taylor all of Norfolk, VA; 5 Brothers in law, Conway (Tanya) Coston of Hare Valley, VA, Joseph Coston of Belle Haven, VA, and Alvin Coston, Anthony Coston, and Arthur Coston each of Wachapreague, VA; 4 Sisters in law, Margaret Bailey (John) of Painter, VA, Gloria Sabatino (Bishop David) of Parksley, VA, Darlene Coston of Melfa, VA, and Denise Harmon (Ricky) of Hampton, VA; 2 aunts, Eva Bunting of Baltimore, MD and Josephine Chandler (Levin) of Salisbury, Md; 9 great-grandchildren; special nephew and niece, Nathaniel Bunting (Shemika) of Texas, and Tonyielle Bunting; special friend Ellen Ann Collins, and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members.
