Michael Antonio Butts, 52, transitioned from this earthly life to his heavenly home on Sunday, January 21st ,2024. He accepted the Lord, Jesus Christ, as his personal savior during his illness and snuck away peacefully to be with Him. He was predeceased by his parents Lillie Mae Hall Butts and Linwood Charity; His grandparents, Wadsworth and Mable Hall; his two sisters, Robin and Angelia Butts. Michael was born on November 23,1971, which often fell on Thanksgiving Day. He was born and educated in Norfolk, Va. He was the youngest of the five children and the only male. He was a caregiver by profession, not only to his patients but to his sisters by providing a male support and influence for their children. He was a funny, organized, supportive, and loving brother, uncle, nephew, and friend to all who knew him. Left to cherish his memory are; his two oldest sisters, Iris Butts Walden and Patricia Ann Hall Gilliam. A memorial service will be help in April 2024 (service information will be forthcoming for family and friends).
