Mildred Morgan Petite

Mildred "Regina Morgan" Petite, 70, of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away on November 18, 2025 in Natrona Heights, PA.

Regina was born April 14, 1955 in Virginia Beach, VA to her parents Wayman Morgan and Mildred Dukes Morgan.

Regina graduated from First Colonial High School in 1973, then went to Virginia Commonwealth College, earning a degree in Social Work.

Regina joined the Virginia Department of Social Services in 1980 and retired in July 2023 after 43 years of dedicated service.

Regina married David Lee Dunbar, Sr. on November 10, 1973 at New Jerusalem COGIC in Virginia Beach, VA by Bishop B. K. Thorogood. They were married 29 years and have four children.

Remaining to cherish Regina's memory are four children: David Dunbar, Jr.; Dianiah Seahorn; Adrienne Dunbar; Timothy Dunbar; three bonus children, La'Toya Dunbar, Tyreese Seahorn, and Nakiya Turner; 10 grandchildren, Tighreese Seahorn, Sade`Dotson, R-ianna Dunbar, Jarvis Johnson, Khalil Turner, Isaac Dunbar, David Dunbar III, Promise Dunbar, Daniel Dunbar, Destiny Dunbar:6 great-grandchildren. She has a large extended family to include a host of loving and supportive brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  

She later married James R. Brown in 2008 and Lenier A. Petite in 2024.
