 Morgan Bonita Bazemore

Morgan Bonita Bazemore was born in Norfolk, VA on February 9, 1998. She transitioned from this life on March 11, 2021.  Morgan leaves to cherish her memory, her father, Marvin Eli Bazemore, Sr., her stepfather, Harvey L. Hereford.  She was a sister to a fraternal twin Marvin Eli Bazemore, Jr. (Shatima), brothers Cameron Bazemore, Marcus Lebron Hereford, Derrick DeSean Hereford and Myonda Collins (Darryl). Morgan will always be remembered for the love she had for her nephew, Mitch Carter Bazemore Morgan, and little best friend “Lay.”  Morgan was the granddaughter of the late James Bazemore, Sr., and  Alma Bazemore, the late James Chavis, Jr., and Gilda Ray Chavis and Mrs. Lue E. Foster. Her aunts, Monica Bazemore, Karen Clark, Karen Chalmers, (J.B.) and uncles Michael Bazemore, James Bazemore Jr. (Nikki), Kevin E. Chavis, (Jacqueline), cousin, Dior Collins, and will continue to hold a special place in their hearts for her.

Morgan attended Maury High School and enjoyed competitive cheering. She was a member of the graduating class of 2016. She successfully held employment at DTLR, Walmart, and in the customer care center at CVS Corporate.

Morgan was a special person who put her heart and soul in all she did.  She loved shopping and had a keen eye for fashion and all things beautiful, particularly her shoes and hair pieces. Morgan loved life, being with family and friends, and creating wonderful memories with others. She will also be greatly missed by extended family and a host of friends.
