Percell Williams

Percell W. Williams, 39, transitioned from this life on August 27, 2019. He was born September 4, 1979 to Percell Washington and Jessie Williams. He attended Norfolk Public Schools and graduated from Maury High School. He later graduated from a culinary school.

Percell was a kind and gentle soul who was very family oriented and adored his sister Tracy. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

Percell was preceded in death by his mother, Jessie Williams. He leaves to cherish his memory, his father; Percell Washington, three daughters; Lamisha, Shantasia, and Aaliyah, one son; Rommel, two sisters; Tracy and Shea, two brothers; Terrance and Brian Washington, three aunts; Barbara Douglas, Bernice Warren, and Shirley Phelps, three uncles; Donnell Washington, Antoni Ellis, and Willis Winslow, a special cousin, Audrey Jones, who he affectionately called Aunty, as well as host of cousins, relatives, and friends.
