Randolph Edmonds was born November 25, 1947 in North Carolina to Mary Edmonds (Gorham), and passed away unexpectedly on January 21, 2020 in Chesapeake, VA.

Randolph spent his early years in North Carolina before moving with his family to Chesapeake, VA. He grew up enjoying baseball, football, and wearing hats. After leaving school, Randolph worked for over 30 years with the family roofing company. He spent his later years enjoying life with his trusted life companion, Edith White, and his best friend, Roy Snead. Randolph was preceded in death by his parents, Shelton and Mary Edmonds. He is survived by his two daughters, Dr. Lateasha White and Kinyatta Mitchell (Curtis), beloved granddaughter, Jayla Mitchell, his siblings, Paul Edmonds (Beryl), John Lee Edmonds, Franklin Edmonds, Shelton Edmonds III, Grover Edmonds (Dottie), Glinda Edmonds, Alton Edmonds (Maxine), Jackie Peay (Kim), Sterling Edmonds (Regina), Donald Edmonds, Michael Edmonds, Lisa Edmonds, Reginald Edmonds (Tonya), and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
