Randy Williams

Randy L. Williams was called to eternal rest on July 9, 2024. He was born December 3, 1975, in Norfolk, VA.

He was predeceased by his grandparents James H. and Alma L. Smith; his uncle Willie J. Smith; his aunts Dorothy Mae E. Hicks and Rev. Vernetta S. Williams; and his brother James A. Smith.

He is survived by his mother Deaconess Irma J. Rogers; his son Marquis Williams; his sisters Valerie D. Williams and Judy Y. Graves; his uncle Vernon Smith (wife, Ida); his uncle Nevaughn Smith (wife, Cynthia); and his aunt Darlene S. Jackson (husband, Michael). He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He will surely be missed.
