Reginald Norman Obituary

Reginald Tyrone Norman passed away peacefully in his home and went on to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday,  September 16, 2020.

Reginald was educated in Norfolk Public Schools and graduated from Norview High School.  Reginald always enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Reginald’s loving personality and humble spirit was evident with everyone that he encountered. Reginald had a huge heart and smile that went together, always going above and beyond to encourage others.  Reginald brought joy and touched the lives of many people during his lifetime.

Reginald was a member of Mount Gilead Missionary Baptist Church. He was a member of the Men’s Choir. His previous employer was Smithfield Packing Company.

Reginald was predeceased by his father Reginald Easter, grandparents Irvin and Beatrice Norman, grandmother Gladys Fair, and brother Michael Norman.

Reginald leaves to cherish his precious memories his loving mother, Sharon Jordan, (his former wife) Tracie Norman, daughters, Brittany Riley (Christopher), Cierra Stokley; sister Stephanie Taylor; granddaughter Kai Nixon; and a dear friend Van Burton, who he called Pops. A host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, other family members, relatives, and friends. And last, but not least his beloved dogs “Chow-Chow” and “Mocha.”
