Rev. Stanley U. Lundy, Sr. was born to the parents of William M. Lundy and Ethel (Jarratt) Lundy on February 14, 1941. Stanley was a master plumber by trade, with many other tradesman skills. He enjoyed many outdoor activities such as fishing, bike riding, bird watching, and gardening. Above all, Stanley was a man of great faith. He was the pastor of Victory Tabernacle COGIC for 20 plus years, and continued his ministry as a counselor of Heritage Counseling Center. Stanley U. Lundy, Sr. was preceded in death by his parents William & Ethel Lundy, his sisters Norma Skyles, Jackie Granger, brother Walter Lundy, and son Anthony Reynold Lundy. He leaves to cherish his memory, his sisters Laverne Hines, Betty Smithwrick, Cynthia Jones, his eldest cousin Percy Lee Collins, the love of his life, Frances Lundy, and their children, Stanley Lundy, Jr, Natalie Lundy, Keith Lundy (Demetrius), Deborah Hamlin (Charles), Stephanie Williams (Darryl), Aaron Lundy (Natasha), Miriam Weathers (Jermane), Patrick Lundy (Duchess), Denise Lundy, Joshua Lundy (Jimettra), grandchildren, a hosts of nieces and nephews, and other family.
