Southey Harrell

Early on November 20, 2021, Southey passed peacefully in his sleep. He was born August 17, 1931 in Norfolk, VA. He was an Army veteran and worked for the government at Craney Island Fuel Terminal for 25 years. 
He was preceded in death by his wife of more than 40 years, Annie Mae, and his mother and father, Lucy and Zack Nixon. He is survived by his children, brothers, grandchildren, and friends.
