Terence Handy

Terrance Lamar Handy, beloved son of    Savannah Handy and Larry Broughton, was born on March 4, 1986 in Nassawadox Va. He entered eternal rest on Sunday August 2, 2020 at his home in Bloxom, Va.

Terrance earned his nickname “Money” by always being a provider for his son and family. He was educated in Accomack County Public Schools. Before falling ill he was employed by Tyson Foods and Perdue Farms.  He was a member of First Baptist Church in Mappsville Va.

“Money” loved spending time with his family. It gave him joy to go fishing with his brother and cousins. He also enjoyed shopping and family games and activities.

He leaves to mourn one son, King Davis;  A special son, Ky’Aire Watson; his mother,   Savannah Handy; father, Larry Broughton; one sister, Tyleisia Handy (Dorey Harmon); one brother, Walter Ayers III (Ke’Aira Brown); two nieces, “KK” and “Moo Moo”; one nephew, Kaiden Brown; childhood friends, “Yammy” and “Mel”; along with a host of uncles, aunts, family, and friends.
