Timothy Ruffin, Jr.

Timothy Ruffin, Jr., 78, of Norfolk, passed away on January 9, 2024.  Mr. Ruffin was born on March 7, 1945 to the late Timothy Ruffin Sr. and Evelyn H. Ruffin.  A lifelong resident of Norfolk, VA, Mr. Ruffin served as a cook for Bons Secours DePaul Hospital for over 40 years.  His hobbies included cooking, automotive work, riding his motorcycle and designing floral arrangements.

He is predeceased by his parents and his daughter, Adrienne Renee Phillips.  Mr. Ruffin is also survived by his son, Curtis Ruffin and two grandchildren, Darius Phillips and Jasmine Phillips.  He also leaves to cherish his memory his siblings, Barbara A. Jones, Evelyn Davis (James), James G. Ruffin, Jacqueline R. Coles and Joyce Tynes (Charles) along with numerous nieces and nephews. 

The family will celebrate the life of Mr. Ruffin at a private memorial.
