Vernon Harmon, Jr. Obituary

Vernon Harmon, affectionately known as "Pudding," passed away peacefully at his home on May 7, 2024, at the age of 85. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the eldest of four siblings, surviving his brother Thomas and sister Delrio Davis, with his brother Kevin Northam still living. A veteran of the armed forces and a long-time resident of Paterson, NJ and later Sicklerville, NJ, Vernon was known for his entrepreneurial spirit, having found success as a self-employed courier after years as a skilled electrician.

Vernon's life was marked by his robust faith and a penchant for lively debates. He leaves behind a profound legacy of resilience and determination. Surviving him are his children Rodney Glenn Smith-Waters, Dale Elvis Mason, and Vernette Jones, along with numerous grandchildren, and a wide circle of family and friends. Vernon's vibrant personality and enduring lessons will be remembered by all who knew him.
