William Selles

William Selles was born September 30, 1944 to George and Elaine Selles. He spent some of his childhood with sister Joanne Carson in California before the family moved to Oregon.  William affectionately known as "Bill" served his country as a dental technician in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. After serving, Bill settled in Klamath Falls Oregon where he raised produce for the local food bank and worked with service dogs.  Years later, Bill met and married Bonnie bringing him to Virginia where they lived until her passing in August 2020. Bill loved to knit and play the accordion and given the chance, would keep you captivated by his many stories and was never lacking a good joke. Bill, you are loved and missed.
