Willie D. Powell

Willie Donnell  Powell  of Norfolk Va. passed away on January 12, 2021. He was born on October 17, 1963 in Norfolk, Virginia to the late James and Delores Powell. He was predeceased by his sister Jean Wilder and  brother Bernard Wilder.

Donnell loved everyone and everyone loved Donell. Donnell especially loved Doris and he knew that. Doris loved him. Donnell loved to cook he was a Grill Master, he loved fishing, music, dancing, and football. His team was the Pittsburgh Steelers. He attended Norfolk public schools and was employed at Aman Transportation.

He leaves to cherish his memories his fiancé, Doris Arrington, three sisters: Angela Williams, Ruby Powell and Deloris Powell; two brothers, David Wilder and James Powell; and a host of nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
