Dia Winborne was born April 17, 1970 in Norfolk, Virginia. She passed on December 31, 2017 at Norfolk General Hospital. She was predeceased by her loving grandparents, Alex and Bessie Warren. Dia graduated from Booker T. Washington in Norfolk in 1988. She was also a school bus driver for Norfolk Public Schools for 12 years.

She leaves to cherish her memory her proud parents, Delmus and Carolyn Winborne; an adorable brother, Aziz Winborne; three aunts; a very special friend; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
